NbZr1 Niobium Zirconium Alloy Bar

NbZr1 niobium-zirconium alloy bar is an alloy material with niobium (Nb) as the base and containing approximately 1% zirconium (Zr). It belongs to the category of low-zirconium-content niobium-based alloys and is often used in high-temperature, high-corrosion, or special nuclear industrial fields.

1. Basic Composition

2.Corrosion resistance
• Exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in various acidic environments, particularly in:
• Hydrofluoric acid (HF)
• Nitric acid (HNO₃)
• Mixed media of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid
• The addition of zirconium further enhances the stability of niobium in highly corrosive environments.

3.High-temperature performance
• Maintains good strength and structural stability at high temperatures, suitable for use in high-temperature components.
• Has excellent creep resistance and can operate stably within the temperature range of 800 – 1000 °C.
